Thank every customer after a purchase with a real handwritten note, without writing a single one yourself. Upload your order list, pick a message, and our pen machines write and mail each note in your own handwriting.

It's automated, it's expected, and it reads like a receipt because it is one. Nobody saves an order confirmation.
Better than nothing. But a preprinted "Thanks for your order!" is the same card the last 500 customers got, and the customer can tell.
The customer paid, the package arrived, and that was the end of it. No follow-up, and no reason to remember your name when they need the next thing.
A marketplace can't hand-write to every buyer, and most small shops don't have the hours. That gap is your advantage. A real note after a purchase tells the customer a person noticed their order, which is the one thing a small business can offer that a giant can't.
Your note isn't printed in a script font. A pen machine writes it in ballpoint ink, in a font built from a ten-minute sample of your own handwriting. The font is free and private to you. Flat and folded cards come in an envelope addressed the same way, so it gets opened instead of tossed with the flyers.
Whether you write it yourself or have us write it in your handwriting, the same five rules apply.
Name the purchase. "Thank you for your order" could go to anyone. "I hope the walnut cutting board gets a lot of use" could only go to one person. A [Product] merge field does this for every customer on your list.
Keep it to three or four sentences. Short and specific beats long and general. A handwritten card is not the place for a newsletter.
Leave the sales pitch out of the message. No discount codes or upsells in the handwritten part. If you want a next step, put a QR code on the card design that points to your review page or store, and let the note be a thank-you.
Send it while the order is fresh. A note that arrives while the customer is still using what they bought lands harder than one that shows up months later.
Sign it with a real name. "The team at" is a company. A first name is a person. If several people run the shop, each one can have their own handwriting font.
Fifteen customer thank-you notes you can send as written or rework in your own words. Words in [brackets] are merge fields: on Thankyou.cards they fill in automatically from the columns of your spreadsheet, so every customer gets their own name and order details. Keep it short. A short handwritten note reads as sincere; a long one starts to read like marketing.

A customer who bought once can be lost to the next ad they scroll past. A handwritten note is how they remember your name. The receipt won't do it.
Your customer has unboxed the order and forgotten the confirmation email. Then a card shows up, addressed in pen, with a note about the exact thing they bought, signed by you. That's when a one-time buyer starts thinking of you as their shop.
Thank them, name what they bought, and sign with your own name. Three or four sentences is enough, and the sales pitch can wait. The examples above cover first purchases, repeat customers, big orders, reviews, and B2B clients.
